Popping Bubble Tea
What if the cup were bigger than the city?
Popping Bubble Tea is a set of 3D images and a fifteen-second video I made in 2026 for the agency QREACTIVE, built around a cup with a Del Monte Quality label. The whole production runs on AI, from the first image to the last frame.
The label carries three instructions: Shake the cup, Place the straw, Pop it like a pro. I took them literally. Then I changed the scale.
The cup rises over a model-railway park: round green and orange trees, flowerbeds, brick walls, a skate ramp, a skyline under a cloudy sky. Up top, the foil lid and the paper straw. Down below, purple pearls and blueberries. The park carries on as if nothing happened.
Big as a blimp.
Then we're back inside a pink and peach bedroom. A girl with a pink ponytail, a mango and passion fruit poster, fruit-shaped cushions, an oval mirror. The yellow pearls hang in mid-air, see-through like candy held up to the light.
Pop it like a pro.
